Grow in Spirit — website, iOS, and Android

Effective Date: 15 October 2026
Last Updated: 22 October 2026

Welcome to Grow in Spirit (the "App"), including the website and the iOS and Android applications, operated by Inner Presence Transformation Coaching Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and the Company governing your access to and use of the App on every platform where it is offered, including its journaling features, AI features, in-App Bible, Community section, and subscriptions.

By creating an account, subscribing, redeeming a coaching access code, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of entering a binding contract. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2.Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@innerpresencetransformation.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Section 12).

3.Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

3.1 Plans

The App is offered on the website and on iOS and Android on a paid subscription basis with Monthly and Annual plans. Current pricing is displayed at the point of purchase. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes (including GST/HST/PST where required), which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Who bills you depends on where you subscribe, as described in Section 3.7.

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. On the website, a valid payment method is required to start a trial through Paddle. In the iOS or Android app, a valid payment method on your Apple ID or Google Play account is required, and the trial is offered through that store. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you are charged for the plan you selected. We will state the trial length, the price after trial, and how to cancel at sign-up.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. On the website, the payment method on file with Paddle is charged at renewal. In the iOS or Android app, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Where required by law, we or the applicable store will send you a renewal reminder before an annual renewal.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access until then.

  • Website: cancel in Settings → Subscription or through the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt or account.
  • iOS: cancel with Manage subscription in the app, or in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Android: cancel with Manage subscription in the app, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

You may restore an app-store purchase from within the iOS or Android app if you reinstall or switch devices. After expiry, your account converts to read-only access: you can always read and export your past journal entries, but new entries and premium features require an active subscription. A subscription bought on one platform is billed by that platform. Website access and app-store access use the same account, but cancellation must be done where you subscribed.

3.5 Refunds

Billing, renewal, cancellation timing, and refunds for purchases made in the iOS or Android app are governed by Apple's and Google's applicable terms and policies. For website purchases, except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund or consumer-protection rights you have in your jurisdiction (including under the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or, for EEA/UK consumers, applicable withdrawal rights — by starting your subscription you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect any statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law).

3.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. On the website, price changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you by email and/or in-App notice at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. In the App Store or Google Play, price changes take effect at your next renewal according to that store's rules, and we will notify you where we control the notice, at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

3.7 Payment Processing

Website. Payments on the website are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. By subscribing on the website, you also agree to Paddle's applicable terms. You authorize the charge of your payment method for all fees due. We do not charge your card directly and we do not receive or store your full card number. If a payment fails, it may be retried and we may suspend premium access until payment succeeds.

iOS and Android. Payments in the iOS app are processed by Apple (App Store). Payments in the Android app are processed by Google (Google Play). Subscription entitlements for those store purchases are managed through RevenueCat on our behalf. By subscribing in an app, you also agree to the applicable Apple or Google terms presented at purchase, including the Apple Standard EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not charge your card directly for app-store purchases. If a store payment fails or an entitlement lapses, we may suspend premium access until payment succeeds or the subscription is restored.

3.8 Coaching Program Access

Clients enrolled in a Grow in Spirit coaching program may receive complimentary access via an access code for the duration stated with the code (typically the program duration). Coaching access: (a) requires no payment method; (b) expires automatically on the stated end date, after which continued use requires a paid subscription; (c) is personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or shared; and (d) may be revoked if your participation in the coaching program ends early or if you violate these Terms. Coaching access is provided as a benefit of the separate coaching engagement; these Terms govern your use of the App, while your coaching agreement governs the coaching program itself.

4.Your Content and Ownership

4.1 You Own Your Journal

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App — your journal entries, reflections, voice-transcribed text, and community posts (User Content). We claim no ownership of it.

4.2 Licence You Grant Us

You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display (to you, and for community posts, to other members), and back up your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the App, including generating your AI features. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for residual copies in backups (removed per our Privacy Policy) and content other members have already interacted with in the Community (e.g., quoted in a reply).

4.3 Your Responsibilities for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate any law or any third party's rights.

4.4 Export

You may export your journal entries from within the App at any time.

5.Community Section

The Community is a shared space for encouragement among members. By posting, you agree to the Community Guidelines presented in the App (kindness, confidentiality, no harassment, no medical/financial/legal advice-giving, no solicitation or spam), which form part of these Terms. In addition:

  • Visibility: community posts are visible to other members. Do not post anything you wish to keep private. The anonymity option hides your name from members but not from the Company.
  • Confidentiality of others: do not share other members' posts, identities, or stories outside the Community.
  • Moderation: we may (but are not obligated to) monitor, remove, or restrict any post, and may mute, suspend, or ban members, at our discretion, to keep the Community safe. We are not responsible for member-posted content.
  • No reliance: content posted by members (and any "Weekly Word" or coaching content) is for encouragement and information only, not professional advice.
  • Reporting: report concerning content via the in-App report function or support@innerpresencetransformation.com.

6.AI Features — Important Disclaimers

The App includes AI-generated features: personalized Scripture selections, the AI Companion, and weekly/bi-weekly/monthly summaries (collectively, "AI Features"). You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI output may be inaccurate. AI Features are generated automatically and may contain errors, imperfect Scripture selections, or statements that do not fit your situation. Use your own judgment and discernment.
  2. Not professional advice. AI Features and all App content are for personal reflection and spiritual-growth purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or crisis advice, and no coaching, counseling, therapist–client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the App. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for such matters, and never disregard professional advice because of something generated in the App.
  3. Not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency or thoughts of harming yourself or others, do not rely on the App — contact local emergency services (911 in Canada and the U.S.) or call/text 988 (Canada and U.S. suicide and crisis line).
  4. Spiritual content. Scripture selections and spiritual framing reflect the App's faith-based design. Your use of them is voluntary and personal.
  5. No guaranteed results. We make no promises regarding any spiritual, personal, financial, or other outcome from using the App, the protocols, or the coaching-related content. References to abundance, transformation, or growth are aspirational and motivational, not guarantees.

7.Licence to Use the App; Intellectual Property

  • We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
  • The App — including its software, design, branding, the Daily Declaration Protocol™, the 3R Protocol™, the Welcome Journey, text, graphics, and all other content other than User Content and public-domain Scripture — is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
  • Scripture text is drawn from public-domain translations (e.g., KJV) and/or licensed sources; such text remains subject to its own status and any applicable licence terms.
  • If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

8.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, shame, or harm other members, or post hateful, obscene, or exploitative content;
  • Impersonate any person, misrepresent an affiliation, or create accounts by automated means;
  • Upload malware, probe or breach security, scrape data, or interfere with the App's operation;
  • Use the App or its AI Features to generate content for resale, to build a competing product, or to extract our prompts, models, or datasets;
  • Share, resell, or publicly distribute coaching access codes;
  • Collect or harvest other members' personal information.

9.Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including hosting and database providers, Paddle (website payments), Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app subscription billing), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements for the iOS and Android apps), AI providers, speech services on the website and on your device, and Bible text APIs. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, and your use of them may be subject to their own agreements. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

10.Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features (including AI Features and the Community) at any time. If we discontinue the App entirely or materially reduce core paid functionality, we will give active subscribers reasonable advance notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused subscription period — this is your exclusive remedy for discontinuation. Features labeled beta or preview are provided as-is and may change or end without notice.

11.Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and all content and features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or secure operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or conditions that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under British Columbia consumer-protection law.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. The Company and its officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to the App, the AI Features, the Community, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are not permitted.

You acknowledge that the pricing of the App reflects this allocation of risk.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your User Content; (b) your violation of these Terms or of any law; or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.

14.Suspension and Termination

  • By you: you may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund (Section 3.5).
  • By us: we may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Community, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. For paid subscribers terminated by us without cause, we will refund the pro-rata unused portion of prepaid fees.
  • Effect: upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 6, 7, and 11–17) survive termination. You may request an export of your journal before deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

15.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Informal resolution first: before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@innerpresencetransformation.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute in good faith.
  • Subject to the paragraph below, any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, sitting in or nearest to Vancouver, and you and the Company each consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court or the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal.
  • Consumer rights preserved: if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you the non-waivable right to sue, or be sued, in your local courts or under your local law, nothing in this Section deprives you of that right.

16.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and/or in-App notice at least 14 days before they take effect (or longer where law requires). Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

17.General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App, superseding prior agreements on that subject. (Your separate coaching agreement, if any, continues to govern the coaching program.)
  • Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Electronic agreement: you consent to contract electronically and to receive notices electronically at the email on your account.
  • Language: these Terms are drafted in English; any translation is for convenience only.
